Frequently Asked Questions

Once you have confirmed your order and processed payment, your order will be processed.  You will receive notification of your order reference number and invoice via email.

Our shipping calculator will provide you with and estimate on delivery timing.  Please note that this is only an estimate and is subject to change due to external circumstances that are out of our control. 

We use Australia Post for our deliveries.  A tracking number and link will be emailed to you once your goods have been despatched. Please note that deliveries are made monday to friday.

Feel  free to get in contact with us prior to placing your order if you require an alternate delivery service.  We will always do our best to accommodate your request.

If no one is available to accept the delivery at the nominated delivery address, the driver will leave a card advising that the parcel has been taken to the nearest collection point.  Instructions on how and where to collect are noted on the card.  The recipient has five business days to collect the parcel.

Horsey Hampers and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded that the delivery has been successfully delivered.

Unfortunately we do not offer pick up at this time.
